Slycebytez is a brand of Sunlight Enterprises. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Slycebytez / Sunlight Enterprises.

You must be at least 18 years old, or transacting under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order on this site.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and may change without notice. Product photography is representative — actual appearance can vary slightly between batches, as is natural with real-fruit products. Drops release in limited quantities and may sell out. We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer.

Your order is an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or stock unavailability — and will issue a full refund for any amount charged in that case.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms. We’re not responsible for issues arising from your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies, which form part of these Terms.

We slow-craft our products from real fruit and disclose ingredients where provided on the product page. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, please review the ingredient information before ordering, or contact us with questions before you buy.

All content on this site — including the Slycebytez name, logo, product names, branding, photography, and site design — is the property of Slycebytez / Sunlight Enterprises and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse this site, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping or copying content, submitting fraudulent orders, or interfering with the site’s normal operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slycebytez / Sunlight Enterprises isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Slycebytez / Sunlight Enterprises harmless from claims arising from your misuse of this site or violation of these Terms.

We’re not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, courier disruptions, or government action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
