When you place an order or sign up for our newsletter, we collect what you provide directly: name, email, phone number, and shipping address. We also collect basic usage data — pages visited, general location by IP — to understand how the site is used.

We don’t collect or store your card, UPI, or banking details. Payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment partner, under their own security standards and privacy policy.

We use basic analytics to understand site traffic and improve the shopping experience. We also use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and shares information about your visit — pages viewed, actions taken — with Meta so we can measure and target our advertising. Meta may combine this with data it holds about you from other sites and its own services. You can limit this through your Meta ad preferences and your browser’s cookie settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to fulfill your order — our courier partner, for delivery, and Razorpay, for payment — and only to the extent necessary for that purpose.

We retain order information for as long as necessary to meet our legal, accounting, and business record-keeping obligations.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Our products and site aren’t directed at children under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
